The North End is in the North East Section of  Virginia Beach The North End is found North of Laskin Road. To the East is the Atlantic Ocean!!! To the west is First Landing State Park and to the North is Cape Henry with its Lighthouses and the Fort Story Base. This is Virginia Beach's "Gold Coast"!

Rudee Heights/Harbour Point is just South of the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. You can find Rudee Heights south of the Rudee Inlet Bridge. To the East is Lake Wesley to the West is Lake Rudee  and to the South is Croatan  Road. General Booth Blvd runs right down the center dividing Rudee Heights and Harbour Point. Harbour Point is to the West of General Booth Blvd.
