Salt Marsh Point is a small contemporary beach neighborhood of 234 homes in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It is nestled along Norfolk Ave behind Land’s End and Saw Grass Condos, and surrounded by a 99 acre park and the Colonnade Condos

Salt Marsh Point homes are close to all conveniences with quick access to Interstate 264. It is less than 2 miles to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and the New ViBE District.
